Ordered before 3pm on a working day? It leaves the same day, tracked to your door.
Delivery times, returns and the 30-day unopened-returns policy are below.
- Order before 3pm Monday–Friday and your order is dispatched the same day.
- Delivery by tracked courier, typically 1–2 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
- We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
If an item is temporarily out of stock we'll email you the same morning with an honest expected date — and it ships automatically the moment it's back.
Returns
Faulty cartridge? The fix takes one photo.
Every Cartridges Online cartridge carries a 1-year warranty. If anything's not right, email orders@cartridgesonline.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the batch number sticker on the cartridge (the small label with letters and numbers). We'll send a free replacement the same day — no need to post anything back. Prefer a refund? That's fine too.
Changed your mind?
Unopened cartridges in brand-new condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Email us first and we'll confirm the return address. Return postage for unwanted items is paid by you — unless we sent the wrong item, in which case it's on us. (This sits on top of your statutory 14-day cancellation right.)
Your printer is protected
Using our cartridges cannot void your printer manufacturer's warranty — that's the law. And in the unlikely event one of our own-brand products causes a fault, our Printer Protection Guarantee means we'll take it from there: expert phone support first, and repair or replacement of your printer if needed.
