Delivery Information

Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £30. Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): 2–3 working days — Free on orders over £30, otherwise £2.99.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24): 1–2 working days — £4.99.

Next Day Delivery (DPD): Guaranteed next working day for orders placed before 3pm — £6.99.

Returns Policy

Not happy with your order? No problem. You can return any unused, unopened cartridges within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Faulty cartridges: If a cartridge is faulty or doesn't work with your printer, contact us and we'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the faulty one first.
