What are compatible cartridges?

Compatible cartridges are brand-new, non-OEM cartridges manufactured to the same specifications as the originals. They use the same quality ink or toner and are designed to work seamlessly with your printer — at up to 70% less than the branded price.

Will compatible cartridges void my printer warranty?

No. Under UK and EU consumer law, using a compatible cartridge cannot void your printer manufacturer's warranty. This is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What if a cartridge doesn't work?

Every cartridge is covered by our 100% quality guarantee. If it doesn't work with your printer, we'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the faulty one first.

How do I find the right cartridge for my printer?

Use our search bar to enter your printer model (e.g. 'HP DeskJet 2720' or 'Canon PIXMA TS3350') and we'll show you every compatible cartridge. You can also browse by brand.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. Express and next-day options are also available.
