Returns & refunds

Faulty items: every Cartridges Online own-brand cartridge carries a 1-year warranty. Email orders@cartridgesonline.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the batch number sticker on the cartridge, and we will send a free replacement (usually despatched the same working day) or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not normally need to return the faulty item.

Unwanted items: unopened cartridges in brand-new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Email us first and we will confirm the return address. Return postage for unwanted items is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.

Statutory rights: nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of being issued.
